The Heritage South HOA Advisory Committee has met twice in the last two weeks and is ready to hold the next required Community Meeting.
We will be meeting as a community on Wednesday June 19, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the Amenity Center.
The Advisory Committee’s is required to hold community meetings periodically and report community wide issues to the developer (Kolter). We will also inform the management company (FSR), about all of the issues that are identified during our meeting.
If you would like a specific topic to be discussed please reply to the email announcement about this update, or send a separate email to heritagefriends28079@gmail.com. We will attempt to address every message.
Please remember, the committee does not represent the developer, the builders or the management company. We are simply a conduit for reporting community wide issues to the developer.
This will be a general meeting and will address a wide range of community topics and as such we will not discuss individual homeowner’s issues or work orders. Please understand the way to get those items addressed is to open a work order on the FSR portal or with your builder.
