March 2024 Update

The Heritage South Advisory Committee met on Friday March 8th to discuss several community topics.

Architectural Standards

The primary topic centered around Architectural Standards and enforcement of those standards.

The team was able to confirm that three key documents, that we all agreed to as part of our closings, are posted on the First Services community website:

·       By Laws

·       Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions

·       Architectural Control Guidelines

Please read these documents again to familiarize yourself with the standards for the community.

Architectural Review Committee

There was also a discussion regarding not having a fully staffed Architectural Review Committee.  This issue has been identified multiple times to the developer (Kolter) and the community managers (Evergreen and most recently First Services Residential).

The committee decided we would proactively ask the Heritage South community for volunteers who are willing to be considered for a place on what is intended to be a 3 person committee.

We will pass the names of all those willing to be considered for a position on the committee to both Kolter and First Services Residential.  Our hope is that we get enough strong candidates identified that it “kick starts” the process for Kolter and First Services Residential.

If you have architectural, engineering or community management skills please send us an email at HeritageFriends28079@gmail.com to let us know of your interest in volunteering.

The Heritage South Advisory Committee met on March 28th.  The ongoing sewer odor was a primary topic again.  We truly appreciate all...
