The Advisory Committee continues to meet on a regular basis. Here are some updates from our last session:
We have no update on the transition from Evergreen Management to First Service Residential (FSR) our new management company.
With the transition to FSR, we are “starting over” with the new management company regarding the issues we have repeatedly identified to both Kolter and Evergreen.
Requests for updates from Kolter have basically gone unanswered.
An email was sent on Monday October 23rd to Kolter requesting a meeting for the Advisory Committee with Kolter leadership. Topics will include:
Update on the items identified in our community meeting with Kolter in June 2023
Update on the items identified in our community meeting in September 2023 that were sent to Evergreen and Kolter
We have also requested a meeting for the Advisory Committee with FSR.
Steve Worgan has extended his work with local politicians including:
Richard Helms- Union County Commissioner
David Cohn- Indian Trail Mayor
Amanda Fuller- Wesley Chapel Mayor
Each of these individuals have expressed support for the issues facing us, in particular the “sewer smell”. It should be noted that these individuals are up for re-election in November.
We are temporarily holding up on planning our next community meeting pending the results of our meeting requests with Kolter and FSR.
